R&G crash protectors (part number CP 0132BL) as fitted to the MV Brutale can be modified to fit the corsaro:
They are right length Bobbins and fit the frame perfectly, however you need to modify the supplied stud as follows:
Supplied stud is approx 470mm long, 12mm dia, to which you need to cut off 65mm (new length 405mm) then re-cut same length of thread back on.
Remove centre bolt from frame fit as per instructions DO NOT overtighten (40nm max) |

The packet shows they are also compatible with Aprilia SR50,RX125R , Moto Hispania RX50r,MH7 and Peugeot XR7 as well as the Honda CBR600 F4. |

Handguards from the KTM 990 SMT can be made to fit: they are bigger than the adventure ones and offer really good weather protection. Bit of a faff to fit as the wedges were too small and I had to use the GPs Bar end wedge. Also they were a bit bigger for the bars (Fat bars instead of tapered on the SMT?) but a bit of old innertube soon packed it out. |

Headlight unit (internals) and sidelight visually looks the same as fitted to Ducati 999 from outside but bulb holder and wiring different- normally not a problem but bulb holder half size of original so mounting clips won't work as hole in screen miles too big. |

I bought a cheap HB3 HID kit from china for my GP..best bit is you get two of everything. I only fitted it on the dip beam which means main is instantaneous and together they are more than powerful enough. I also wired it into the auxiliary wiring which allows me to have the lights off when it suits me (most of the time in the UK).

Derbi GPR125 GPR 125 2009 Digital dash similar visually to Gran passo (will have different software but maybe suitable for cannibalising for case parts etc.).
3X advised it was the same as the Ducati Hyper motard ... not been able to go and get one to confirm level of compatibility yet.
However... Exercise caution, especially if you had to buy an expensive hyper mortard dash to find out if it works or not- most electronics nowadays are coded for the vehicle they go into so even if the hardware is the same, the software probably won't be (don't know about the GP but for example the corsaro displays the Morini logo on the digital display- something the Ducati dash obviously wouldn't!) the dash is also an integral part of the engine management system, displaying and handling error codes etc so all the 'electronic handshakes' have to be correct. That said the good thing about electronic coding is theoretically it is often possible to re flash them

Not a swap but might interest a few. I bought a plastic radiator guard from my local KTM dealer, I think its for the 990 SMT and its an almost perfect fit for the GP rad, fitted with 4 cable ties..could save hundreds for a new rad and cost less than £10.
