I purchased this as an Italian import about five years ago with the intention of restoring it, however the usual lack of free time has meant
that it has just rested in my garage and I have decided its time to go to a new owner. It is in 'original condition' ie It would benefit from a bit of TLC and some mechanical work in that the engine was being re-ringed when I acquired it so needs re-assembling. As it is a 1983 model it isn't yet eligible for tax & MOT free status but will be in May 2024. It will also need registering with the DVLA but has a NOVA and a club dating cert (expired) so should be a simple matter. [382] |

1980 Morini 500W |
Early 5 speed 500 that has been 'in storage' for many years. I bought this bike from a friend of mine who used it as his daily transport until he inadvertently made it resemble a Velocette Venom by reversing his car over a removed silencer as he was changing the rear tyre! It has a NOS rear tyre that has never been driven on dating from about 1986! It is basically a well used
bike that has had some 'period' mods such as Yamaha switch gear etc. I have
not started it although carbs have been ultrasonically cleaned and engine has regularly been turned over. Apparently the electric start did work ok! Will need recommissioning of the usual stuff like brakes, tyres etc. This has always been
