1. Due to the increasing costs associated with the running of the Morini Riders Club and my responsibilities for financial prudence, I propose an increase to the cost of membership as follows:

UK £30.00
Europe £35.00
Rest of World £42.00
Virtual £17.50

Proposed: Nick Hancock (treasurer), Seconded: Tom Farrow (chairman)

2. In direct response to the £0.70 charge that Santander will make per cheque deposit, I propose that as a club we introduce a £0.50 surcharge on all cheques received.

Proposed: Nick Hancock (treasurer), Seconded: Jem Moore

We aim to complete the AGM in a sensibly short time. This event is essential to make sure the club’s management is accountable to its members but it should not be a drawn-out meeting. Members who wish to propose changes to the way the club is managed or to raise an issue must send their proposal in writing, with confirmation that it is seconded, to the Secretary to be received at least one week before the meeting. Proposals cannot be accepted after that deadline.
