9 1/2 ECU upgrade - tuning

Hi - I have synchronized the throttle bodies and “hoped” that that would cure some of the “kangaroo” action I have between 3 -4.000 rpm
Anyone that have “fixed” this with upgrade of ECU - tuning or similar.

The previous owner put on a Mass moto exhaust that I believe are more “open” than the original muffler.

The bike run wery well in acceleration and over 5000 rpm -

What is needed ?
