Power Commander III Questions

Post by DaveH »

Has anyone fitted a Power Commander III to the 2006 Corsaro. :?:

There is a listing for a PCIII to fit 2006-2007 models, but does this relate to any non modified Corsaros that may be out there ? (ie ones not fitted with the later 2008 ECU)

Is a PCIII a worthwhile investment or just another placebo effect bolt on goody ??

UK price currently £312, but one can be imported from Genrmany for £273 (taxes paid of course) or the US for £175 and yer take yer chance on the tax thing.

I have a PCIII that I purchased when I got my QD link pipe last year, never got round to fitting the PCIII still in the box it came in the PCIII had been fitted to a bike for about 3-4 months before it was removed and boxed back up to sell, I purchased it so it would allow me to lean off the fuel at the lower throttle positions, where they tend to run a little rich, also it would allow me to reset the TPS if I ever decided to swap ECU's (standard ECU to racing version) however I have never bothered to change the ECU to the racing unit.......also I am now considering selling my Corsaro Veloce so will not bother fitting it.............if anyones interested send me a PM

If anyones interested my Bike is a Corsaro Veloce black frame red tank & panels (best colour scheme  ) its a July 2007 reg bike 2CT's front & back QD link pipe fitted and has had all updates done by Tecmoto.......................
