Hi Gav, and welcome to the forum!

We'd be interested to know where you got your Corsaro from.... they're great bikes and I hope that yours soon settles down. If it is an 07 model it will be covered by warrenty for a few months yet (into 2010?) so a chat with the original dealer (if you bought it from a non-Morini franchise) might help.

There were a couple of threads about workshop manuals a while back (about three pages back on this topic) - "Steve-55" had a copy, and one was offered on e-bay. They are great with multi language and lots of detail; they come as a pdf. on disc.

Club members can contact the Librarian, David Marlow.

Good riding, and enjoy!

Hi Chris, Thanks for your prompt response. I purchased my Corsaro from a franchise dealer in New Zealand (Motomart Wellington.) October 07. It was a 2 year warrenty so wont be covered but now they offer a 3 yr warrenty so I don't know if I'm covered or not. Oil leak is minor, cant see where it's coming from. Clean oil appearing above grommit, left hand crank case cover, bike going into dealer over new year anyway. Regards- Gav

Gav;

In Europe all Morinis were upgraded from a two to three year warranty. It might not be the same elsewhere - it will be interesting to find out. The factory were very keen to work through all faults found, and there were many updates to the early (05/06) models covered under warranty. I am unsure of the position with the current financial situation at the factory - although they are hoping to announce new funding shortly.

Good luck - it's a shame that the problem is taking the bike out during the summer!
