Replacement Reg/Rec

Hi,
Has anyone bought a replacement Reg/Rec recently? I need one for my 500W but Doug doesn't have any at the moment. Any suggestions for suppliers?

I've read the various posts on the subject but am a bit confused, do I need a Bi- Phase or Single Phase regulator? I really ought to know more about alternators etc - sorry!

Hi. My 1981 500 sport was fitted with a Boyer Bransdon single phase regulator when I bought it. It been fine all the time I've owned the bike ( 2 years) and the charging voltage is 13.8v at tickover rising to to 14v when reving the engine.
I have also swapped all the lights to LED to help the 43 year old alternator.
Its also fitted with a Sachse ignition system which is great. Starts easily on kickstart or starter motor.
