3 1/2 Strada Frame

I am looking for a frame with title for a 3 1/2 Strada.
One caveat, I live in France But shipping costs don't scare me and I might even come to the UK in the coming months !

I have a complete bike you could have if you are interested (3, in fact). Prices seem to be much lower over here, too.

If you only need a frame I have one with a Dutch (or German, cant remember) title in the garage. I know a company that will deliver to France for a fair price
