Crankcase Breather Labrynth
Crankcase Breather Labrynth
Hi there I'm a new member from australia with 75 sport and I only recently realised that there should be a labrynth in the breather hose. Mine hasn't had one since i've owned it and I feel that the slight backpressure may help with top end lubrication. I'm pretty sure they're unavailable but if there's some decent photos of one somewhere i may be able to knock something up myself. What do you people think?

Re: Crankcase Breather Labrynth
Thanks to the Brexiters these might be more expensive than they seem.

Luckily Brexit wont affect an Australian purchase of these items one assumes. It has not helped us in the UK though. At least I am not trying to export fish.

Thanks for the replies. I imagine there's only 1 of these in the breather hose? The guy doesn't sell to Australia but it looks easy enough to make on the lathe. Anyone got a rough length? The rest would be easy to figure out.

Not always, mine only ever had one. I think I only saw two fitted on later bikes. It will work fine with just one. If you do print up new replacements they would look more authentic in white or something very close to a yellow-ish whiteP&S wrote:Mepstein is wright, there are two labyrinths in the hose.

All donations to the rest home for old Camels, Leicestershire.
