Hi,
I am dismantling some forks. The circlip is off for the damper rod, but it won't come out. Am I missing something?
Thanks...
Mike.

Re: Forks
Hi Mike,
I am trying to recall, but if can get a parts picture it may well help, I vaguely remember they can be tight to remove, is there a washer there under the clip that may be caught?
Cheers
Brett

Re: Forks
Hi Brett,
Thanks for the advice. I think I may be a little too 'dainty'. I will look at the pictures, but knowing which fork might help. I think I'll do some more investigating.
Mike.

Re: Forks
Excellent. Thank you. The damper rod should drop out, and it did on the second leg. The collar is rusted in in the first leg.
