Can these things work together?

Perennial problems await.
Sports would have left the factory with rearsets if they were easier to accomodate (notwithstanding the dubious notion that the position was semi-dictated by the need to use the rider's legs to help cool number 1 cyl).
3 1/2s are a bit of a compromise in terms of controls and ancilliaries! All this stuff can be made to fit (eventually).

With the exception of the rear brake cable mounting my rearsets fitted fine (extended kickstart). I came up with my own cable and brake switch mounting plate and used a shortened cable. I also had to shorten the brake pedal peg by one 'ring'.
There are many different bends for the rear cylinder pipe. Many simply do not work with the Tarozzis without some 'adjustment'.
