transducer wiring

I have a spare grey transducer however the brown wire exiting the unit is in rather poor condition. I wonder how easy it would be to replace it.I assume the end terminates within the potting material?

The potted wire is an earth.

The 'Bianco' terminal is also an earth, just use it instead.
