I have in my possession a Moto Morini Excalibur. Having looked at it and taken advice it will need rewiring.
Can anyone help with info on where to get wiring looms and electrical components. Also wiring diagram
Wiring
Hello Philip,
I have this address for you in the UK http://www.vehicle-wiring-products.eu/V ... mepage.php
If you have trouble finding the right components in the UK try this Dutch company: http://www.rickdonkers.nl/catalog/
This should at least get you the right components. I can't get you the wiring diagram but it must be out there

I recently made a new loom for my dart, got all the wire I needed from vehicle wiring products and managed to track down a supplier for the molex plugs and pins, which will be the same plugs as on your excalibur, if it's a kokusan equipped one.
All of the molex plugs and pins needed to do the whole loom cost about £20. If you'd like I will dig out the suppplier's website?

...On which note, I still have an excalibur which is taking up too much space in the workshop. It's a 1992 501 with ONLY 800km on the clock, so a brilliant source of more or less NOS parts.
Everything is available except engine, wiring, clocks and carbs. Would rather let the whole rolling chassis go as one. £250, buyer collects from London.
