Another odd one this, just received my new flywheel nut from NLM but it won't fit on! It just goes tight straight away as if its the wrong thread/pitch, did they change the thread at all over the years? (mine is a 350 excalibur crank). The threads on the crank don't look damaged at all.
Thanks, Tony

Re: Crank Flywheel Nut
No, they're all the same.
Is it an OEM nut, or one NLM have had made?
Either way, let NLM know.

Re: Crank Flywheel Nut
It looks like one they've had manufactured. Spoke to Stuart and he has checked others he has in stock and it seems a bit hit and miss as to whether they fit. It appears there is very little tolerance. So at weekend i took off the existing one of my original motor, and that one fits on the new motor and the new nut fits on the existing engine, so i can just swap them over, problem solved.
