West Country Windings?

Post by SoloFrenos »

Hi everyone, just wondered if anyone has used West Country Windings to rewind their ignition coils/charging coils? If so any feedbacK? I've had a quote from them and they are very reasonably priced.

Thanks, Tony

Not used them for a Morini but they rewound the ignition winding on the stator of my Gilera GFR a few years ago and it's still going strong.
Morini: 1980 2c/375 The Old Gal plus all that remains of the Forgotten Error (the engine)
Gilera: 1957 175 Sport
Honda: 1984 CB250RS

Rob Koster of Morini Service nl. did a fantastic job rewinding my stator and testing transducers and pickup for a very reasonable price.
A Top Bloke who was always there to field a barrage of half-baked queries about anything to do with Morinis. Cams, fuelling, carbs, electrics, you name it.
Check him out.
