Ps ,I think the throttle side grip is not fit for purpose. When I bought the bike ,the heated throttle grip was not working .the cable had broken where it exists the grip . The replacement has lasted 14 mths ,the cable on that has broken on the exit of the grip too. I had even strengthened the cable with insulation tape and it still broke . They are rubbish quality for the excessive amount they sell them for .

thanks a lot !!!

I have a pare of aftermarket ones (oxford) connecting them tho these plugs with this info is easy
In this I can use the standard button than to controll them

Aftermarket and original ones both work on 12V so I don'think this will give problems

I will give feedback if it works

I'm refurbishing my heated grips due to the throttle side cable breaking for the second time .i found the original cable approx 4mm diameter twin core to be lacking ,ie cheap rubbish, and have replaced it with flexible microphone cable from maplin (£1.49 per metre) I found the 12v13w heating element poorly positioned . Just where your finger tips naturally rest there is a big gap ,see photo .

Image
The element is not positioned centrally either
