3 1/2 restorers

Post by finbar »

Hi all,

I'm looking for four owners who have restored 3 1/2s relatively recently to help with a feature in Practical Sports Bikes magazine. I have asked club PR officer Paul if he can help as he was kind enough to help out with a feature for our sister magazine, RiDE earlier in the summer.

The idea behined the feature (which is a regular in the mag) is to give hints/tips/advice to readers who might be planning to take the plunge and restore a 3 1/2. I'd need a chat on the phone and a high res photograph of you and your bike to go with your words of wisdom.

Anyone who's up for it - or would like to know more - can contact me via the forum, by email at gingersgaff@btinternet.com or on 07875 736021.

Thanks in advance for any help you might be able to offer. I look forward to hearing from some of you.

All the best,

Hi again,

Sorry, should have said we're looking for Sport models for this feature.

Many thanks.

Oh and it turns out was a broken valve spring.

Three and a half Morinis? Of course!! :D :D

I'm only half a restorer, if only there were three more of me I'd have the perfect ratio.
