I had to photocopy all of my Morini keys (ignition, petrol cap, seat lock and steering lock) and write the numbers stamped on them under each copy so the locksmith could get blanks. Then went back a week later and had the blanks cut from the originals.
I once spent a month looking all over the house for the original keys only to find them in my motorcyle jacket pocket
where I had looked several times before.

Hi,
Just had a spare key cut for my Kanguro (CEV type key). I needed a slightly longer key to clear the Trailtech Vapor speedo I have fitted and my local key cutting/ shoe repair shop was able to use an Alfa Romeo blank and produce a perfectly working key, about 10-15mm longer than standard. Might be handy to remember in an emergency.
Regards
Robin
