Swing arm to frame plates & tank rubbers

Hi, I'm after two of the plates that bolt to the frame that the swing arm spindle passes through the centre of, part number 15.06.02. Also, four tank mounting rubbers, part number 30.01.49. the plates & rubbers are the same for both 350 & 500's but the 500 I am rebuilding also needs the special mounts for the rear tank rubbers part number 13.04.38 as well. Thanks & fingers crossed someone has some spare...
