Adjusting headlight

noticed that my headlight is a bit to high, actualy it where other drivers that noticed this

Is this easy to adjust?

Between the clocks and handle bars is the lever to adjust screen if you turn the nurled button on the end this adjusts both head lights together.

that is easy to adjust, and I was looking for a screw
