Hi, if it's the P45t Asymmetric type bulb all you do is rotate the bulb in the mounting by cutting/filing a new locating notch in the reflector mount.
Look at the bulb first (inside) as the filament shield/reflector gives the dip cut off and work out the rotation, it's only a few degrees.
I've done it to 501 & 500 Camels, 500 5 speed, Citroen and Renault cars.

And there was me thinking it was mostly down to the lens! Maybe it is in later types of headlamp...
