The Morgan carb tune has the restrictors in the vacuum pipes it was first thing I checked when I first used them on the Morini. It's been a while since I used them and couldn't remember if I had them in place.
I think I need to get someone who has a clue what they are doing to get the final tuning done. It seems to need good hearing to get things done and I suffer from too much rock music when I was thin and hairy.
