350 Strada year of manufacture help

Morning Folks,
I am trying to find out what year this Strada Frame was made. Frame number is A2*07129.
I have tried to access the old Netherlands site, but it seems to be offline.
If anyone can tell what years A2 frames somewhere in the vicinity of this number they have, I would really appreciate it.
If you can suggest another way to get this info, that would be great.
I am a virtual member of the club but am still waiting on my 2026 password.
The frame has the lugs for crossover gear linkage welded on, so I presume it was made for the US market?
