Can someone tell me how to post photos here please?

One option is to post a link using the [Img] button to a photo hosted on a photo sharing site like FlickR (but note they now limit the number of photos a free account may share). Other sites are available but all run the risk of changing terms and conditions rendering your link dead (as Photobucket did).

Otherwise you add it to the post as an attachment.

Click [Upload attachment] below your message box.
[Browse] to your photo on your device. There is a limit on file size so you may have to resize or downgrade the pixel quality of your photo.If big but not too great a file size the photo will get scroll bars when shown so worth resizing usually.
Then click [Add the file]
Then position your cursor in the message wehere you want the photo and click [Place inline]
Here's some brand new PHBH28s to ogle (note not resized)
Click [Preview] first to check if how you wanted things, then [Submit]
