Me again,
Gentlemen, underside and rear of my Camel gets trashed from road filth etc coz it does not have any kind of protection over/around the rear wheel. Does anyone know of a Hugger that will fit from another bike? I know they all have the chains on the wrong side now, and some work will be required to make it fit; but I have seen 1 Camel so equiped but owner not around to ask.

I made a hugger mudguard for my Kanguro. I bought a generic pair of mudguards from a stall at Stafford, fashioned a U piece which is pop riveted to the mudguard and fits to the suspension mount on the swinging arm then a single sided support to a brake calliper bolt also pop riveted. The first attempt was too high & needed trimming to stop hitting the silencers but the next will be snugger.

The single sided support at the back worked well luckily as support on the drive side seemed more difficult to arrange.
