Hi,
I am stripping down my Camel for a frame respray, almost there but... The headstock bearings; are they an interferance fit ? How do I remove them? Also the swinging arm bearings, same again best way to remove please?
Finally the oil seals top of forks; the seal below the circlip ;again what is the removal technique?

Thank you

Found out elsewhere so will answer my own Q? As no one seems to know. Mine is an 87 Camel and all the above seals /bearings are interference fits. Knock out head races/cones from inside down through the headstock a little heat helped me. But do not forget the circlip on the fork seals.

Well that's what I am doing, good job you answered the question yourself.
Will try to pull the swing arm bushes out.
