They are black and round - keep or replace?
Hi. So my new to me Kangu came with Bridgestone trail wing tyres. As I’m used to a 3 1/2 sport and Strada, the tyres feel horrible on the road. I’m expecting to be on tarmac for most riding but do want to head out on my local Wiltshire lanes. I would guess 70% Road. Any recommendations for that sweet spot compromise or do I just need to accept that’s what trail tyres feel like on tarmac and don’t rush into replacing tyres that have plenty of life left in the blocks. No idea on pressures either - have set them as if they were Avon roadriders so maybe have the pressures too high? I know tyres are a personal preference and maybe I need to just get used to riding on something nobbly! But anyone’s two penneth appreciated.

Before you buy different tyres experiment with different pressures.
I fitted Continental TKC 70 tyres on my Camel and initially hated them
Inflated to Continental recommended higher pressures they felt awful and changed completely when lowered to Morini specified pressures.
Now slightly up on that at the front.
The TKC 70s are really a road focused tyre rather than dual purpose.

I used Avon Trailriders at the last tyre change. I am not going off road on the Coguaro- too much irreplaceable plastic.Nearest is lanes in the Winter which are pretty grim.

Green laning you'd be running about 12 psi so you have plenty of scope to experiment.
