500 Strada tyre sizes..........

At present I have 90/90 18 fitted to the front and 100/90 18 at the back but there seems to be a lot more options on 110/90 18 rears and I wondered if anyone had fitted them please?

On my 500 Sport I use and prefer 100/90 18 front and 110/90 18 rear. Avon Roadriders at the moment but they are becoming hard to get in certain sizes. As with oil threads, the choice of tyres question can open a Pandora’s box of replies !

I used BT45’s for years and only switched to Avons when I needed a rear urgently. I shall get BT46 next time.

Ive had nearly new Avon RoadRiders crack their sidewalls, and zero reply to a couple of emails to Avon tech-support when they were still down the road in Melksham. I wont buy them again. Good riddance.

Bridgestones are available in the correct imperial sizes. I use the BT46 on my airhead beemer. Good tyres.
