Kickstart Shaft O Ring

Please does anyone know the dimension of the kickstart shaft O ring, that fits into the clutch casing? The parts list does not specify it. Also, I'd be grateful for any installation tips for this O ring (during the clutch casing replacement) to prevent future oil dribbles from the kickstart shaft. Someone once mentioned lining the shaft with cling film at the O ring location, anyone done this?
