Hi, can anyone tell me what grade of brake fluid (eg DOT3, 4, 5?) I should use in my 82 Maestro please?

DOT 3 or 4 will be fine. DOT 4 has a higher temperature rating, but that's really not an issue, just use whichever is available. It's a very good idea to flush the system from time to time, not just keep topping up.

OK, thanks for that. I thought it might not be an issue, but I once had a bad experience with brake fluid and a Citroen 2CV, but that's another story!
