Steering head bearing cups and others

Has anyone got the following for a 1980 350:

Steering head bearing cups x 2
A clutch spring bucket (I only need one)
And an exhaust ferrule ring.

Regarding the steering head bicycle head bearings, why do you not convert to taper head bearings, better steering and less head shake?
