Stator rewind or rebuilt stator needed

I need a stator rewound for my 1979 500W or a complete rewound stator.
I had taken my old stator to a fellow in Canada who advertised stator rewinding only to have him completely strip it down and then go out of business.
I have converted the bike to Elextronik Sasche ignition, I do not need the ignition coil jut the five charging coils. I am currently running another stator that had been 'looked' at by another shop but it is not charging, I think they may have not soldered the coils back together correctly??

This is what I have to work with, not much to go with

One tab broken on the stator body, its not great.

Can anyone offer a rewinding service or offer a replacement stator or send me to a shop that can sort this out for me???

Many thanks

They understand about the correct no. of windings and necessary 200+ ohm resistance on the green wire, not that you need it!

I traded email with Westcountry Windings and they assured me they can rewind both of my stators, parts are in the mail today!
Thank you for the contact, I will finally have a reliable charging system in my 500W or the spring.
I can't wait to enjoy riding the bike this summer and hopefully getting my 1975 - 3 1/2 Strada on the road this summer as well.

Great to know WestCountry windings are doing this work.

To assist anyone finding these posts in the future I can also recommend.
Rex's Speed Shop:

Another call for Rex's, the first one they did failed but was repaired promptly and without fuss.

I'm afraid that wasn't my recent experience with Rex Speedshop at all and I would not recommend them.

Westcountry Windings came through with flying colours, shipped from Canada, repaired and returned in about one month, 300 pounds for the pair which included shipping, great communication and great workmanship, I asked them to not rewind or fit the ignition coil as I have fitted new electronic ignition with battery / coils.

so glad to have these repaired, I can now trust my 500 will keep the battery charged and my 3-1/2 will get retrofitted to the same Elektronik Sasche ignition and Dyna mini coils.
