You can get high quality reproduction from start comma in Italy. Though I don't know if they are operating at the moment.

I have some usable ones the rubber is a bit perished
But I think you are in USA so to send from the UK might be more than it's worth. If you can't find anything in the USA pm me and we will sort something out.
