No, mine is a mk2, round tubed. I would say the front pipes would be spot on, the silencer I made a mistake with and had the bracket fitted so it bolts straight to the frame, missing out the rubber bushed mounting. So my silencer sits maybe a few mm higher than standard. Easily dealt with either way.
The cost was around £440 last year.
