Top yoke

Has anyone, anywhere, got an early top yoke for a 350 sport please?
It's the one with the clamp cutout slots in a " keyhole" shape, as against all the later ones which have a straight cut slot.

I've got one, but it's attached to a bottom yoke, sliders and stanchions and I don't really want to split them
