Have you tried mdinaitalia.com? They show as having one each of the replacement silencers in stainless steel. They also have 3 sets of the downpipes.
There are also at least 2 manufacturers in Italy who have previously listed silencers for the 250 2C however when I last asked them (in November 2024 in person IIRC) they don't plan to make any more unless/until they have sufficient demand to make around 10 sets of the silencers.
You might also try asking some of the Italian sellers of Morini spares on eBay if they have used 250 2C silencers (which may well come with brackets). I've not seen any NOS items for sale at Novegro Scambio (a fairly well known flea market similar to Stafford Show in the UK) and I suspect they're unlikely to turn up these days.
