Hello Gents
I have a 501 engine going spare.
Unknown state, though it appears OK, no broken fins, turns over OK and the gears engage.
The drain plug has been well chewed though, so I haven't removed it.
Looks a bit messy inside through the filter cover.
Needs a complete strip to be sure.
Kokusan rotor and stator if required, but no electrics.
It's in France at the moment, but I can get it back to Staffordshire in a couple of weeks.
Looking for around £300. PM me if interested.

As such if you can get the motor to Staffordshire I'll certainly give you the £300 (I don't live far away). I can pay in advance if need be. I know some of these continental bought units can be in a bit of a shabby state (I don't think they're big on oil changes on the other side of the water ) but I'll not quibble over condition. Even if jut some of the main bits are usable, that's a reasonable price.
