air filters 1974 3 1/2

Good afternoon. I am a long time follower of your great forum, recently signed up having bought an early Morini Strada with a sport engine.

Frame number A/2 04490 although on v5c it is 0449, Tom the web maestro of this forum has told me its an early strada frame from 1974.

I have some questions please, the frame is red and I think it must be a respray?

I am riding the bike and enjoying it, always wanted a morini. I have had the tank off today to take a look at the air filters and I would like to replace them, looking on Ebay it seems they are available in Italy, are there any available from a u.k. stockist?

Fitted some new a good few years ago. I did not bin my old ones. Soaked in Petrol or similar then drained, pushed onto a circular wire brush fitted in my drill, spin the rubbish out. Not as good as new but close.
