I have really enjoyed the first year with my Seiemmezzo SCR. It has been the perfect bike for me, comfortable, powerful enough, very versatile with a rack and top box fitted. So my woes are not with the bike, my problems lie with the support from the importer following a 1st annual service problem.
Back on June 17th I took the bike in for its 1 year service and the software update for integrated navigation. The update apparently killed the screen, no display of any kind after the update. The dealer sent me home with a CF-Moto NK800 as a loaner, there was nor resolution of the issue after a week. After two weeks the dealer sold the NK and came and collected it from me, leaving me with no bike for the International Rally in Kent.
As of today the dealer has still not received the replacement screen and Motomondo don't seem at all concerned. I am just left to wait until a screen arrives at the dealer at some date as yet unknown.
Such a shame that the after sales support is non-existent because the bike is so very good.

Re: Seiemmezzo Woes!
Sorry to hear about this lack of support from MotoMondo.
Which dealer?
Might be a long shot, but Moto hub in Stoke might have some ideas.

It is a shame when there the support from the importer is lacking. The bikes are reliable, your problem is a software issue, maybe they should have left it alone, although I understand the update gave the turn by turn navigation. How difficult is it to get a new screen from China, they must have thousands in the factory.

Hi Mark,
Rideworx in Wokingham are the dealer and trying all they can to get it sorted. Motomondo just don't seem interested.

Re: Seiemmezzo Woes!
So I learned today that it has a new screen and will be delivered back to me on Monday.
Six weeks for what should have been an easy swap seems way too long to me.
