I'm very excited about this project, Stempy. I know you are a talented bike builder and this promises to be something special. In terms of the side panels, I think that the curvy bodywork would be better complimented by some early rounded side panels. As it happens, I have a pair for sale. Top quality Shapecraft ones.

In answer to Simon's question, I don't think we know the origins of the fuel tank but it appears to have been made specifically for a Morini V-Twin with the standard air box. Rick won the items in the MRC sealed bid auction.

Will you be fitting the fairing, Rick?

Starting to think the early panels would look better, i am trying to build without modifing the frame so could go back to standard if needed
