Fork Seals

Hello, I dropped my forks for my 350 Sport K1 to a local shop to get the seals changed. He's no experience with Morini's and is struggling to find replacement oil and dust seals from his normal suppliers. Obviously I can't see the seals (he tells me there are two in one side) but I'm trying to order some replacements. There plenty listed on Ebay but Im not 100% they'll be correct. Mdina don't list any, a search in here said any seals the correct size will be fine, so a little help with sizes, suppliers. would be appreciated. This is what I was about to order

The parts list shows all oil seal dimensions. The screenshot you attached matches the parts list. 3547/7 4 off
Should be available from bearing factors.

Standard: 35 47 7 2 per leg retained by circlip
You may use 10 mm single seal. Should be a fork oil seal double lip type. Take great care removing circlip and seals to avoid damage to casting.
I always fit gaiters to any bike I own, no time for dust seal approach.
Current seals in since 2007.
Mdina have some according to my search

Myself I use a single lip version for the bottom one and a double lip for the top one. Having said that I used to use all four single lip and that was ok too as long as the dust caps (or gaiters) are in good condition.

Same size seal as used by Moto Guzzi in the forks of the V7 Sport, 850-T, T3, T4 Convert, etc.

350 with the same size forks as much bigger bikes, no mystery why they have a good reputation for handling.

Isn't it scary to think that heavier bikes such as the CB750k double overhead cam four cylinder of 1979 also had 35mm forks. Undersized? I should say.

And the CBX with 6 cilindros as well
In Dulcinea I've put only one doble lip seal and only the outer ring of an old seal to fill up the space to the circlip. Up to now 35 000km without any Problem.

As I wait (clearly not very patiently) for the manual to download, fork oil weight and capacity? 10w and 225ml (came out)

This is quite a timely thread as one of my fork legs has a minor leak that I plan to sort out over winter, after a couple of rides there is a little oil on the fork stanchion and dust seal, and I was wondering about for seal availability.
I am hoping it is the seals, as the previous owner of the bike had the stanchions re chromed by AM Philpot, just hope that they are not undersize.

The manual says really light oil, which translates to something like 5W which is fine if your damper rod internal seals are nice and new. However generally they are not, in which case by experimentation you will generally find something thicker works right. Mine has 15W but my partner's (brand new damper rod internal seals) gives the same damping with 5W.

I'm used to 200ccm Sae15, a lot of people prefer Sae10.
I would start with 180 ccm to give the airpillow a Chance. You allways can add some more ...
