Can anybody tell me how to get the carb floats out?
Is the pin threaded anywhere or is it just pressed in; there’s not much to get hold of and I don’t want to damage anything by being ham fisted (something I can be quite good at)
I’d like to clean them ultrasonically but not sure I can trust the floats to survive hence the dilemma.
Also, how do I determine if a slide needle needs replacing (any kind of defect at all?) and what size replacement do I order for this carb?
Come to think of it how does one determine excessive slide wear too?
And, … what’s the correct float height and how do I determine it?
