Hi All
I am pleased to say I have put new chrome exhaust pipes on my A/3 350 Sport. They come from Mdina without a heat shield so I am looking for one. There was a post 23rd oct 2023 by 'morini_tom' saying the "The club has recently helped facilitate the reproduction of these in composite. Available to buy now in the UK. Full details in the next ATG which is at the printers now" but I can't see this in the magazine...does anyone know if I can get one from the club or elsewhere perhaps? I can see some for the wopping price of £152 with postage...or maybe I'm not being realistic! :?
I have thought of making one but I don't have the measurements- anyone fancy measuring theirs and posting here?

Many thanks in advance!
Matt

Hi

See ATG 386 p5!

I have one of these heat shields in alu-fibre. Fits fine (though I had to shorten it slightly to fit the bend of an aftermarket SS Strada exhaust) and definitely does the job with no signs of any issues after ~1k miles.

Hi All
I ordered and received within a week my new Heat Shield for Morini 350 Sport from Mark at Edge Composites <https://www.edgecompositesuk.com>. £54.50p inc post. Fits well using two of the existing holes in the shield and stays cool as does my left leg! Many thanks Martha and MRC for organising the specs for EC to use. !
