no start

went to go for a quick ride in between the rain showers. sun was out, got my gear on but the strada wont start. it's never let me down before and usually starts first or second kick but not yesterday.
so when i get time, so begins the 'have i got a spark' search etc

I used to have a Kanguro that only got used occasionally. It would’t start unless I turned on the fuel and walked away for half an hour or so, then it was fine. I never found the problem...

Hi,
For me, I would start with removing the green wire from the ignition switch. I found it doesn't need much resistance to prevent starting. My Strada would fire the plugs when laid on the head, but not in the engine. And it's a free thing to do!
Also, modern plugs aren't as good as old ones at clearing themselves from 'fouling', so might be worth trying some different ones.
