Instrument panel warning light bulb size
The high beam warning light bulb has blown on my 81 Strada. It's a tiny capless bulb (I think they are also called wedge bulbs) I have never come across such a small size. The man at the car parts shop had never seen this type either. It's a 12volt 1.2watt can anyone tell me the type I need to order the manual doesn't seem to mention bulbs.

I buy them off ebay, you can get 10 for not a lot of money.
Try searching 12v 1.2w bulb and see what comes up.

I have ordered a box of ten 286 bulbs. I remembered yesterday I owned a Citroen Xantia in the 90s that used literally dozens of the things in the instruments Googled it and first entry frenchcarforum and I was right the Xantia used a total of 34 r286 bulbs.
