Headlight improvement

Lots of debate on LED's in headlights and the dazzle and disappointment despite lots of light output. Bought a few LED 'bulbs' for the standard light and none have been any good as many have said. So into plan B, change the light unit completely - plenty out there claiming wonderful things if my Mandarin is any good. Finally found one that works rather well in that it has good light, a sharp cut off and a genuine main and dip beam as well as a good DRL - it is also E marked and intended for any modernish 7 inch round headlight holder I think: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/E-mark-7-Inc ... 2749.l2649
For a Morini it needs a little connector tweaking and a bowl to replace the existing headlamp - something like this works with some adjustments to the brackets: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Motorcycle-7 ... 2749.l2649.
Wired the DRL ring from the ignition light as the nearest easy to reach source.
Light output and beam pattern are excellent (no dazzle) and main beam is tremendous on range and the dip stays on as well via the internal electronics. So far no power consumption issues and hopefully will prove durable - though the front (plain) glass looks as if it might scratch rather too easily. Cost around £60 delivered.
Pictures hopefully added......
