Should a 350 1977 Strada have chrome surrounds round the outside of the rubber instrument mounts?

The above link should take you to a pic of what I think is a 1977 Strada. (A 1978 Strada would, I think, have mag wheels and a 1976 Strada has a very different paint scheme.) That site, an Oz Morini site, says the bike is a 1975 model but perhaps it's the owner who thinks its a 1975 model. I cannot be sure that the pictured bike has its original instrument surrounds.

I have a 77 Strada with mag wheels she has chrome plastic surrounds

Thanks for the suggestions. Found Mdina have them. Stainless and now nicely polished and fitted.
