Cam belt size
The upper pulley has a letter A stamped on it so belt size A I assume?

Correct, although the A,B,C was simply a grading of production tolerances around the nominal size.
NLM used to grade and mark belts themselves using a jig. I guess Mdina will do the same or at least have NLM’s stock of graded belts.
If you are simply buying a belt from a bearing factor etc then you’ll confuse them asking for an A grade belt!
I tend to just buy a handful of good quality 124L075 belts from my local bearing shop and fit the one which results in the best fit. But generally speaking they are pretty close (on my B pulley at least).
