Hi,
Anyone know where to get the little rubber boot that covers the top of the clutch actuating arm?
Or maybe there is a satisfactory alternative?
Thanks.

NLM had 8 of them on their last price list M300127 (£12 + VAT) but I couldn't find them on Mdina so maybe sold out?

Yes, Dave: I asked NLM about them shortly before they closed but they had none left.

I may have one with me at Stafford next month. The usual alternative is to use a terminal boot.

Thanks guys.
They're not only 15€ from StartGomma but also another 15 for shipping plus 22% tax on top of all that.
So, to mitigate the shipping I've ordered a set of grommets for the various engine casing cables, as the ones from M'dina Italia are just round, rather than correctly shaped.
Still makes yer eyes water, though!

Where will your stall be located at Stafford, EV?

I'll be on the club stand as usual. I'll have my flywheel remagnetiser, espresso machine and sundry Morini bits.

I ordered a set of rubber based items from them including the generator cable grommet, intake tubes, clutch arm. I could hold all the items in the palms of my hands and it still came to >£80. Al fits though. And I seemed to get a Christmas email card. Only thing left that's perishing ,apart from the rider, is the rubber domed grommet for the wiring to the rear m/cylinder based stop switch.
How best to store old rubber bits? Plastic bags in the dark?
John

I thought rubber was single use and you need a new one each time...
