What's the significance of the letter on the rocker block?

I've bought a set of old rockers, perhaps from a Kanguro. They've the letter O stamped on them rather than the A I'm used to seeing. The rocker arms seem to be a similar length to my current, worn, arms when measured with a micrometer.
Can anyone tell me if the letter is significant? I'd prefer to use this block, or at least the rocker arms, in place of mine (in a 3 1/2 sport AFAIK) as mine are very worn.
I know to have the letter showing when fitting the rocker block BTW
